You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days of placing your order with us, or within fourteen working days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer).
If you cancel your order you will have your payment refunded (less original shipping costs) once we have received the goods back in good condition (unopened, still sealed and in a condition that the goods can be re-sold). If you wish to claim on the guarantee then please ensure you do so within the time limit set out against the product purchased.
We will not refund the original shipping costs unless agreed with you. We would normally refund the original shipping costs if the goods are faulty or damaged.

Please refer to our guarantee terms before asking for a refund to satisfy yourself that you are eligible. You can view the terms by clicking here.
If you wish to return your order back to us you must request a returns number from us by emailing returns@habit-busting.co.uk . This Returns Number will be issued by us. You must print out/write out and include this Returns Number on the outside of the parcel and on the inside of the parcel with the goods when returning them back to us. You must also return goods via a Recorded Delivery service that provides sufficient compensation to cover your loss if the item fails to arrive back to us. If we do not receive the goods back from you it is your responsibility to make a claim to Royal Mail and we cannot unfortunately refund you.
If you do not follow the proper procedure and request and receive an Returns number we reserve the right to deduct £5.00 off of any refund given to you to cover the administration costs of processing the refund outside of our standard processes.
To request a return/refund please email us at returns@habit-busting.co.uk and please ensure you tell us your order ID or your full name and address so we can trace your order.
Once we have received the goods along with the Returns Numbers and satisfied ourselves that the goods are in a sealed and re-saleable condition (if order cancelled) or that you have claimed on the money back guarantee within the valid claim period, we will credit your card or issue a cheque refund (less our original shipping and handling costs) depending upon your original payment method.
We also reserve the right to deduct a 5% credit card charge (if paid for by this method, or £1.00 if paid by debit card) if you cancel the order before despatch.
